Bio:     Timoteo, or Timmy as he is called by his family, was born in Guatemala.  He was born into a rather large family, but extremely poor.  In order to be able to feed the family, his birth mother had to make the hard choice to give up three of her children.  She turned them over to the Guardian Angel facility.  The two youngest children were adopted by an American family, who only wanted two children and only wanted girls.  The head of the facility there, contacted Emily, telling her Timmy’s story, how he was deemed too old by most prospective clients and they were having a difficult time placing him in a home.  Of course, Emily’s heart went out to him because he was old enough to know why he was sent away from his family and felt that he was unwanted and unloved.

The first member of his new family that he met was his older brother, Dre.  The two hit it off right away and Dre tells everyone that meeting Timmy in that orphanage really helped him to connect with all of his siblings, not just Timmy.  The two remained close once they returned to the United States.  Timmy wasn’t overwhelmed by the size of the Norton family as he grew up in a large on in Guatemala.  He was just happy and excited to be in a family again.

He does tend to take after Emily in that his favorite hobby is to take electronics apart and put them back together.  Emily and the rest of the family has taken to scrounging through junk heaps to find things for Timmy to tinker with.
