Bio:

Ethan Moore was in the Navy, stationed near Viet Nam, when he met Cai Hoa. They married and he brought her back to the US. Together they raised two children, Brian James and Tuyen Le.

Tuyen Le was a rookie cop in San Diego, California when she was recruited by the enigmatic Mr. Sloane. He was looking for someone to work for the billionaire Bruce Wayne, and sensed that Tuyen would be a good fit with the family. She is an expert marksman, but also skilled in martial arts. She can sometimes be found meditating on of the many gardens of Wayne Manor.
