Bio:     Lilly’s parents separated when she was young and her mother moved to Canada to raise her with her grandparents.  She had sparse visitation with her father, most of it spent with a ‘nanny’ or a personal assistant.  Until, at the age of 13, she requested to stop visitation with her father and then, contact became extremely sparse.  She grew up happily in Canada.  Her relationship with her mother and her grandparents is a strong and happy one.

After graduating high school, Lilly decided to try college in the United States and chose (of all places) Gotham University.  She chose it not knowing that her father’s most coveted business rival lives and conducts business there, Bruce Wayne.  Lilly’s college roommate is Jamila Norton.  The two become fast best friends and Lilly is quickly adopted as an honorary Norton as Alex is determined to give her the kind of father she deserves.  As Lilly is fairly tight-lipped about her father’s name, she goes by the name Lilly Hayes at Gotham U, Alex doesn’t know who her father is, just that he is a non-involved father who is, in Alex’s mind ‘a real jerk’.
