Bio:     Hadley is the youngest child of Harrison Zehring and Analisa Young.  She is the middle child of five children, all brothers.  Growing up in a family of all boys, Hadley learned how to take care of herself.  She also grew up the daughter of a police officer as both her father and step-father are cops with the Gotham PD.  Her parents divorce was an amicable one, and the two couples actually have a very good relationship.  Hadley is very close to her step parents.  After graduating high school, it seemed only natural to follow her fathers, and her brothers, into the police force.  It had always been her lifelong dream to be a police officer.

She didn’t remain a beat cop long.  She took courses online through Gotham University, earning her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice in just 3 years while working full time with the Gotham PD.  She augmented her diploma by filling her electives with courses in Spanish and Sociology/Psychology.  She made it a point to be the best cop she could be, making her dream a reality.  Her exemplary service soon caught the attention of the police commissioner and he had her put on the fast track to a promotion as a homicide detective.
